Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- All customers are eligible to return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 25 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition, free from damage, and with all tags intact.
Refund Details
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of shipping your items.
Exclusions
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for embroidered items, as they are custom-made to order.
How to Process a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order number and a brief description of your return or exchange request.
- Ship the item(s) to the provided return address using your preferred shipping method.
- For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped once the original item is received and approved.
Additional Notes
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.
