Shipping Fees:
- Standard Shipping: Solo Scrubs offers competitive shipping rates for all orders nationwide.
- Free Shipping: Orders over R1600 qualify for free shipping.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Delays:
While we aim to deliver within the specified time frame, unexpected factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high volumes during peak periods may cause delays. Should this occur, please contact our customer service team at info@soloscrubs.co.za for assistance.
We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange your items, please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges- All customers are eligible to return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 25 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition, free from damage, and with all tags intact.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of shipping your items.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for embroidered items, as they are custom-made to order.

- Provide your order number and a brief description of your return or exchange request.
- Ship the item(s) to the provided return address using your preferred shipping method.
- For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped once the original item is received and approved.
